Public Comment Period for the Amended 2022 Annual Action Plan

To all interested agencies, community boards, groups and persons:

South Dakota Housing, in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, is announcing a 30-day public comment period for the amended 2022 Annual Action Plan. There are substantial amendments that have been incorporated in the amended 2022 Annual Action Plan to include projects selected for funding during the program year, and other administrative updates.

Citizens and interested parties are invited to review the draft of the amended 2022 Annual Action Plan and provide comments. Any comments received will be considered in the preparation of the final plan. Written comments must be received during the public comment period.

The 30-day comment period will run from March 15, 2023 until April 13, 2023.
