The South Dakota Coordinated Entry System partners will be meeting September 18, 2024, at the SDH Board Room in Pierre for their annual meeting. The Coordinated Entry System (CES) connects the homeless or those at risk of becoming homeless with available resources. CES consists of seven physical access points (service providers) and a toll free phone line. The CES process assesses the individual’s needs and connects them to the appropriate services. The purpose of CES is to ensure individuals are receiving appropriate services within a consistent streamlined approach.
