Join us for an insightful event where we will delve into the complexities of navigating communication. This training focuses on fostering good communication through an understanding that there are rules and laws that different disciplines or professions must follow - and that the rules are not the same for everyone. The more each team member can know about what rules others must follow, the more respect and understanding there will be in communications. Discussion about what confidential information consists of - and how "privileged" information may be a bit different. Participants will learn how to best draft a Release of Information for a client to sign so that it is effective and adheres to federal confidentiality rules for agencies that receive federal grant funds.
