Homebuyer Education offers an overview of the homebuying journey through five chapters: Managing Your Money, Understanding Credit, Obtaining a Mortgage Loan, Shopping for a Home & Protecting your Investment. By attending this course, you may be eligible to receive closing cost assistance to purchase your home. Homebuyer Education is open to the public, first-time & repeat homebuyers and current homeowners. Courses are held monthly in Aberdeen, split between a Tuesday and Thursday evening held virtually via ZOOM, 6-9 pm *both evenings*.
