The South Dakota Housing for the Homeless Consortium holds quarterly meetings that are open to all. The Consortium acts as a Continuum of Care for homeless service providers in the state who are concerned with the administration of federal funds through the Emergency Solutions Grant, Continuum of Care grant, Youth Homeless Demonstration Project and Emergency Housing Vouchers. Anybody whose personal and professional lives touches homelessness are encouraged to attend to help us better coordinate our homeless response programs.
