SDH Awards $10.6 Million for Housing Infrastructure Projects

PIERRE, S.D. – (1.16.24) South Dakota Housing’s Board of Commissioners today awarded $10.6 million Housing Infrastructure Financing Program (HIFP) funds to assist with 10 housing infrastructure projects.

To date, SD Housing has received 95 applications in total for the HIFP requesting approximately $139 million of the $198 million that is available and just over $106.6 million has been awarded to 67 projects.
