Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan

South Dakota Housing Development Authority’s (SDHDA) Residential Anti-displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan (RARAP) was prepared in accordance with the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (HCD Act of 1974), as amended, and U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regulations at 24 CFR Part 42. It is applicable to projects assisted by SDHDA through federal funds, including but not limited to, HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) regulated by 24 CFR Part 92 and Housing Trust Funds (HTF) regulated by 24 CFR Part 93.
